This is a special edition of the Words of Wellbeing enews. COVID-19 is causing fear and panic across the globe. Ironically fear and panic can weaken our immune systems and make us more susceptible to illness because of the increased level of stress hormones. With many of the countries around the world either encouraging self-isolation or introducing mandatory quarantine, I wanted to take a positive approach and provide ideas to use this time to our advantage - time out to work on our wellbeing. This is also a great time to reach out and support others in the community to make sure they are OK and have everything they need. Especially toilet paper!
