This is the third edition of the special Words of Wellbeing - Sanity Savers for Self-Isolation.
Some of us may be used to self-isolation by now, whereas others may be climbing the walls - especially those homeschooling their kids. Hopefully you have all adjusted in one way or another and have found the positives in your new lifestyle such as:
Time spent with family,
The house never having been so clean or clutter free,
Having the time to cook, read or learn a new hobby,
The skies being so clear and the wildlife taking back their natural habitat.
Whatever it is, I think we will remember 2020 as a year that changed our outlook on life forever. We will never take the simple things in life for granted again, appreciating our health care workers and being with friends and family.
